Curb appeal is critical when it comes to creating lasting first impressions. We will set your house apart from the competition by providing landscape staging services: seasonal plantings, creating picturesque flower boxes and container gardens to grab buyer’s attention as soon as they lay their eyes on your house. This service is a must for any house on the market and is a great investment since it will transform the look of your house and you can take the containers to use at your new home once you move.

Silver Package
bronze package + an extra visit half-way through the process to make sure the things are moving along and in the right direction.
Bronze Package
comprehensive staging consultation + “fluff” session after the homeowners complete the "To Do" list, but before the pictures are taken to make sure everything is "picture perfect".
Consultation only
2 hour comprehensive staging consultation that completely covers the property: starting with the curb appeal, addressing each space in the home, including closets, kitchen cabinets, etc. During consultation I will discuss all recommendations and come up with the "To Do" list as well as the action plan. Paint color consultation is included as well as the assistance with any recommended purchases to be done by the client (light fixtures, etc)

ADD ON Detailed DIY Report
A written report with detailed recommendations and suggestions could be provided at an additional fee

Platinum Package
gold package + the hands-on staging of the entire house to get it market ready. Includes fresh flowers for the photo shoot for that perfect touch.
Gold Package
silver package + light hands-on staging session either with the sellers or independently to tweak the rooms to be just right. Includes 1 month of necessary accessory rental.
