Consultation (for homes over 6500 sq ft)

2hr comprehensive staging consultation that completely covers the property: starting with the curb appeal, addressing each space in the home, including closets, kitchen cabinets, etc. During consultation I will discuss all recommendations and come up with the "To Do" list as well as the action plan. Paint color consultation is included as well as the assistance with any recommended purchases to be done by the client (light fixtures, etc).
