ABOUT ME

My name is Lorraine Gordon and I was born and raised in Rutherford, New Jersey. A small but
close-knit community just a stone’s throw outside of New York City. Since I was little, I always had a knack for design with art and photography as my primary focus in school. While attending
college, I fully committed to interior design and began working for a high-end rug and furniture retail chain in the New York Tri-State area. Their fast-paced atmosphere
mixed with access to some of the most sought-after brands in the furniture industry really provided me the opportunity to learn from many of the greatest in the interior design field. The
hands-on daily training allowed me to collaborate and work with many amazing clients through out my career.

 

My nearly 20 years of experience working in the heart of NYC and New Jersey helped shape me into the well-rounded designer I am today.  My focus has always been creating enjoyable and useful home spaces. I enjoy teaching my clients about what they are purchasing and making the entire process a collaborative effort.  Budget is always in mind and with our package deals and add-ons, we can work within a time frame the best suits your needs. I understand that every space and client is unique. As the mother to a young son, I also understand family needs and dynamics effecting our own individual spaces. Remember that this is YOUR space, I am just helping you perfect it. The
options are endless and while the process can be strenuous if handled on your own, I can assist in transforming your spaces into the magical rooms we all desire!
